I once paid for ebay with my master card, but now I can't pay. This massage is shown to me on ebay when I pay. Please tell me what should I do?

I do not have a PayPal account, but my card was last able to pay for international payments on eBay. PayPal is not provided for my country. Can you please tell me what is google pay? Thank you for spending some of your time on me. Thank you for your help.

@all_in_one, in Sri Lanka, you can use a PayPal account to send payments. You just can't receive payments to it. You can receive a refund of a payment that you sent, if that is needed, but not payments.

Because of the shortage of foreign currency in your country, you need to  use a payment method that will charge your account in your local currency, rupees. PayPal will do that.

If you are trying to circumvent your bank's limits on foreign payments no one here can help you with that.

I think you can try google pay ,but I don't know about google pay. sorry for that.

You are living Sri Lanka you can create pay pal account and you can also pay with pay pal.

but you can't use it for other  things. 

you can try several times with your card it also work some times.

There will be a shortage of foreign currency in your country. Then your country will limit you to pay for various websites to save foreign currency. If one of these websites is ebay then you will not be able to pay for ebay. But those restrictions will be removed once you open the country. Then you can pay.
Or you can still pay through paypal today. Because most countries do not disable payment through the paypal website.
However, you should contact the bank and check the validity of the card.
