3things.... 1.call your bank and check what happen in the bank side
(some time bank not active your card to pay international shipping
)2.try several time3.do your payment with paypa...
If you're Sri Lankan Please contact the bank and first active the OTC
after that try to pay with using pay pal.some time not work 2 method but
