Help with selling

I have had two people bid abs win a PS5 I am seller. Both people didn’t pay and the second person wrote me rude messages after I asked them to pay. What is the point of EBay if anyone can just bid and win and never pay?

 This was a huge waste of time and the people that did bid and were going to pay lost that opportunity. Is there a way of contacting the others to see if they would still like it?

is there a way of reporting the people who are doing it to warn future sellers to not take their bids seriously in the future?

On the 5th day of no payment, cancel the order and use no payment for the reason to cancel.

This will give the buyer an unpaid item strike.

Most sellers will have them blocked if they have 2 or more unpaid item strikes.

To fix the problem, list as a BIN with immediate payment required.
