Help with scam

In the last two weeks I have received two claims of

unauthorized purchases to the sellers' credit cards, in

both cases they were purchases made to my store on EBAY

and the item was sent with the label purchased on the

same EBAY, in one of The cases had already been resolved

in favor of the buyer to whom they returned their money

and incidentally they left the adidas of 70 dollars that

I bought in my store as a gift, EBAY in this case I paid

the buyer out of pocket and it did not affect me the

sale, In the other case that is still in dispute, the

customer who is from Germany said the same thing that he

had not authorized the purchase and Ebay requested the

same information from me, proof of shipment (tracking

number) that said they themselves are Those who sent it

to Germany because it is a sale through EBAY's Global

Shipping Program, today they update me on the case and

tell me that the client changed the reason for the

claim, that now the claim they are making is that they

did not get the same item that I had bought !!! But the

original claim said that he had not bought or authorized

to buy any item (we are talking about a Polo Ralph

Lauren jacket for $ 150 bucks) and now comes the most

absurd part of all this and that is that they ask me to

send a photo of the article that I sent to prove that it

was the one that the client received, absurd because the

client can show a photo of his old underwear and say

that it was what I sent him, by the way it is the sixth

article that I sell in that listing and there was no

problem with the previous 5, as it is possible that EBAY

allows a buyer to change the reason for the claim to the

extent of their convenience, the original claim was for

a supposed unauthorized transaction and now suddenly

that is not why , now it is because supposedly I did not

send him the item he had bought, clearer nor the water,

this is a scam and if EBAY agrees with the customer and

returns the money from his pocket it is wrong because it

is sowing a precedence nte very bad for ecommerce, but

also if you take it out of my pocket then it is an

accomplice of scam, tell your opinion about it
PS I already report to the buyer for a false claim so

that there is a record of what that buyer does and when

he does it again, this is the precedent of his dishonest

behavior

previously you had to provide a tracking number proving delivery to the global shipping program because the payment was unauthorized ebay is the victim here you are not able to manage payments on your own so ebay has to take the buyers payment on your behalf and now the buyers payment method allowed the buyer to change the reason for the dispute to not as described so ebay is the victim here and you need to help out ebay out of this pickle and issue a return label for the buyer to return the $150 bucks from the global shipping program then your good

No.  When a buyer files a 'not as described' claim for a GSP sale, the seller must fund the return shipping from the buyer's location (destination country).  eBay does not consider the GSP program to be a 'reshipper' service.  The GSP only provides limited seller protection for items not received or items damaged in shipping once they arrive at the KY center.  Buyers are allowed to change the reason for their claim.

It's worse than that, actually. eBay is the seller in this dispute, and eBay will not

1. be asking the payments processor

2. to ask the credit card issuer

3. to ask the cardholder

how much to fund the return shipping from the buyer's location. In these disputes, either the seller refunds or eBay will force a refund, and return is unavailable.

eBay is and will be telling the seller to work directly with the buyer after the case is closed to arrange a return.
