Help with managed payments, gave wrong checking number and payment was sent

I need help with the managed payments

I put the wrong checking number and a payment of something i sold was sent. When I go to update my banking and login to my us bank to put the new banking it works but when I try to click update and confirm it says please enter old banking number to confirm my identity and i dont know it

would appreciate some help

also i need to know how to recover the payment that was sent to the wrong account, (more then likely not a real bank account)

We need to verify it’s you making changes to your eBay account. Please enter the full bank account number of your account

and thats what ebay ask me when i try to put my new account info in

This is really annoying. I'm trying to add a different checking account and it doesn't seem to work. It's prompting me "We need to verify it’s you making changes to your eBay account" for my OLD account?

I have 3 payments to me that are just in limbo apparently.
