Hello, i am a new seller on ebay, i sold an item, ebay says buyer hasn’t paid yet, but buyer is complaining he/she paid already and show me a photo, is it there something what i should do to receive payment? And one more question, payment will transfer to my credit card automatically? 
P.S. i have not paypal

I am unsure how you are selling without paypal.it does not appear you are in managed payments either

your payments tab shows 2 credit cards

new sellers on ebay are not allowd to just take credit cards.that was stopped a while back

in order to see if you have been paid I woud go to sellers hub and look at what it shows as ready to ship
