Having an issue contacting Ebay, is anyone else having the same issue. I purchase items, quickbooks and it show on my credit statement the purchase went through.
when looking to see shipment date, the seller cancelled the the items do to no more in stack, and there is no way to contact seller to get credited for the transaction and could not contact Ebay to get a credit for the purchase.
Keep going around in cycles in the website.
Need help, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Keep in mind that credits to your charge card could take several days, and up to a full billing cycle. Sit tight.
