Haven't received payments that were sent 1/27- how do I contact eBay to figure this out?

Hello, I have not received payment in my bank account for any items I have sold since I was forced to sign up for Managed Payments. I have the message saying that  "completed funds sent" on an item I sold on 1/27. I have several more after that that all say "completed funds sent". I have contacted my bank, and they see no incoming direct deposits that have failed. I checked my account # and eBay has it correct and even states the bank (a small credit union) correctly.  I have been trying to contact eBay, but the only way to do it is to "Have Us Call You". I have been getting the "Sorry this contact channel is going to be closed before an agent is available to speak with you". Obviously they are overwhelmed with people like me, but I have still not received my $. I need to find a person to help sort this out. Is there any other way to speak to or email someone that can help?   It doesn't seem legal that they are not required to give us a way to contact them at any time to get things fixed. Thank you for any advice

Asking for the call back is the only way. They open at 5am PT. call then because the queue is only open for a short time.

You also might want to think about putting your items in Time Away until your get it straightened out.

Do you have a message in the payments tab?

As far as I can tell there are no messages in the payments tab. I have no messages from eBay in my messages folder that have any information regarding these transactions except for them saying complete funds sent.

I have the exact same problem EXACTLY! I'm so frustrated!

I think they are going to be in a lot of trouble if they don't provide any way to communicate with them at all!

I've sold on ebay for 20 years and this is absolutely ridiculous!

Me too!! Almost exactly 20 years to the date. I know that I don't do many sales compared to others, but it is money they owe me. On top of that, we are having to pay for shipping before getting paid. This entire process is really messed up.

I sold an item on Sunday Feb. 14, 2021 for  $40.00 plus shipping. It is now Wed. Feb. 17 at 2:46pm and I have not received my payment in my managed payment bank account yet.  3 DAYS WAIT FOR $40.00.  THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS DELAY HAS HAPPENED. Why did we have to go to managed payment ?  If eBay was not getting paid for the sales we were making why didn't they just take there fees before forwarding our payments to PayPal.

With PayPal we got paid as soon as the buyer paid for an item NO WAITING. I have been telling all my buyers I will ship there purchase as soon as I receive payment in my bank account under eBays new managed payment system.  This system is to slow and eBay takes to long to get sellers there money. When I sell an item eBay sends a message paid ship now. I would ask eBay when they go into a department store to buy something can they tell the store I will take the item with me and pay you in 3 days or more.  What do you think the store would do. Either throw you out or call the cops.  This system really sucks.  Its not in time with the speed that we have today with all the tech skills that are available. Wake up eBay or you will lose sellers fast. Without sellers were will your profits go.

I get this feeling that many sellers will be out of money. This ebay idea to change to managed payments is a way for ebay to make more profit, but they worded in such a way that it sounds it is of great benefit for sellers and buyer who can have more paying options. Buyers had plenty of paying options thru PayPal.
