Hello, I need help. I had bought an item, and then cancelled it before it was sent. The seller issued a refund, and I was told to wait 3-5 business days. That was on February 17th, and today is March 1st, and I still have not received my money back. The app says “we issued you a refund. You should receive it in 3-5 business days” and nothing more. I contacted the seller and they say that there were no issues on their end, so I am not sure what else to do.

The refund would be sent back to your original form of payment. Check your cc, checking, PP accounts or your ebay GC balance.
Also, is there a possibility that the charge never went through, and was just therefore cancelled?

Sounds like the voided shipping labels that never get refunded, and has been a defective function for the past 2 months, we contacted customer service and told yes we well refund that..still not fixed and still not refunded.
