Have not received Item-Contacted seller three times. Not shipped and no answers to questions.

     I bought and paid for a Tennessee Ernie Ford DVD set April 29.  It has not been shipped as of today (May 13, 2021.)  I have contacted the seller through ebay three times and have not received any feedback as to why the delay.  In the meantime it is nearly impossible to contact ebay directly to resolve this.  I totally understand things taking longer than normal but to not have an item shipped at all and no answers why in over two weeks is unacceptable.  I am at my wits end on this.  Thanks for any insight.

Wait until a day or two beyond the last estimated delivery date.   Then go to the Resolution Center and follow the prompts to get your money back.

Why would you need to contact eBay? All buyers have eBay's MBG. There is a link to this on every eBay page.

if you paid through Paypal you can open a case on Paypal. you will be able to get a refund.

If you don't receive your item by the estimated delivery date, the next day, go to the Resolution Center below and select, I didn't get my item.
