Has anyone had an issue paying for an item?

I have been a buyer seller for 22 years. I bought an item yesterday and every time I pay for it I keep getting a message saying I need to may on my Note 10 phone. Using a computer accessing  ebay it simply comes up as unpaid but I have no option to pay. I tried 4 different cards and a few different methods with paypal. I chatted with ebay that was no help and have made 2 phone calls. They said it is looking at it but have no eta for a fix. Thanks

Is the seller new to selling or located in another country? Perhaps the seller has not set up the account to receive your payment.

Thanks for the reply but  he's in South Carolina and has sold before.
