You are given the choice between the 2. It’s at the bottom left of your shipping label. Click whichever you want to use.

You don't have to pay shipping  before you access your funds... you can 'borrow' them. Shimmy down to the bottom of the label page and request that they take the postage from your 'Pending' funds. If you select that, it becomes your new default.

An alternative is to set your Handling Time out and wait for your deposit. As long as you ship within your stated Handling Time, you're all good.

Oh... we'll never have the option for PayPal deposits again.

When you buy the shipping label, scroll down and choose to pay for it using the pending funds.

Since Pay Pal is no longer an option for sellers, you don't have a choice.

PayPal is still available to purchase shipping labels.
