Is there any issue can be occurred if we linked  payoneer account   to our eBay account without approve the documents which we send to payoneer ?

Don't know, but you can't sell here until you have a way to be paid.

eBay doesn't send your payments to a Payoneer account. They would send them to your bank account. You need to register as a business in Sri Lanka and then get eBay to approve of your bank.

Your Question can be answered by a Sri Lankan qualified accountant and your Bank in Sri Lanka.
