Global collections message

I received a message in "My Ebay Messages " from Ebay Global collections as follows:

RE: ag5kx_e
Hi Rudolf H. Salomon,
Our records show that we are owed money from you for fees and expenses you have incurred as a result of selling activity conducted on eBay.
We deduct fees and expenses resulting from refunds, claims, and disputes directly from your pending payouts. If your payouts are not sufficient to cover these amounts, we will charge your payment method (debit or credit card, and/or linked bank account) on file.
To date, we have not been able to collect amounts you owe us from your pending payouts or your payment methods on file. You must pay these amounts to avoid restrictions on your selling activity.
You can visit the Payments tab on Seller Hub or My eBay to see all the transactions that make up the amount owed.

Please follow the steps below to resolve:

  • Make a one-time payment to bring your balance up-to-date.
  • The amount owed at the time will appear on the screen
  • Then, add or update your funding sources on file to cover fees and expenses you may incur in the future.
If you do not make your payment, we may place restrictions on your selling activity. These restrictions may include limiting your listing permissions until the balance is paid.

I followed the link to the "one time payment" and there it shows nothing is due.

I checked all my statements for the last 5 months and I see all my fees have been deducted before I have been sent a payout. No clue as to what is going on
