Today I received TWO Weekly Payouts from eBay's Managed Payments so I give them LOTS OF CREDIT for getting that done!!!!!
I left early this morning and returned at the end of the day ... logged in and saw what I thought was a double message about payouts ... since there have been double posts here on The Community I thought maybe it was just a minor glitch in Messaging ... The first one I opened was 2/3s of sales since last week ... I almost didn't open the 2nd message right away but thought I should so I could delete it if it was a double ... IMAGINE MY SURPRISE when I saw it was about another Payout which covered all but on sale since last week.
I was VERY pleased with this!!! So again, I give them credit where credit is due!!!

@mcdougle4248 Wow, that is horrible BUT, nothing that surprises me. The entire MP program is still BETA as far as I am concerned ... otherwise we wouldn't be having this side conversation. So far, Weekly Payouts, seem to be working on time. I think the "Daily" payout option will eventually go away because to be honest, I think its too much for eBay to manage ... ala that thread and others that are popping up.

Because they screwed up a few payments not going out on time, so they make it up by sending 2 on one day.
This morning, after a year and a half using managed payment, by payout shows it was declined by my bank???
Months before I had to sign up for MP I researched the 2 banks we have and learned that the accounts they offered had certain limits on daily and monthly 3rd party payment values, the numberof payments, balances in the accounts, etc ... AND that if a payment was sent that exceeded those limits it was REJECTED. The other issues were possible charges for too many payments, etc. I found a new bank that had NO limits on the number of money transfers or the amount and NO fees at all ... so now we have 3 banks.
I really don't know the mechanics of their payout system and regarding the 2 payments I got in one day I can not say if their glitch applies to Weekly Payout members or if they just simply had the additional money processed and sent it (done automatically by a computer?!?). It's probably part of their programming and the way Weekly Payouts work may be a little different than Daily Payouts.
I think they are in way over their heads trying to do the Daily Payouts and what might happen is they announce that all Sellers will be placed on Weekly Payouts ... they may "stagger" groups and assign them different Weekly Payout days ... right now it is ONLY Tuesday for Weekly Payouts.
