Gift Card Problem

Hi, I am trying to use this $25 gift card on a item in checkout, but it keeps saying "We ran into a problem. Please try again later". I just opened the gift card today, so it is definitely brand new and have tried using it on both my phone and computer. I have also retyped the code in atleast 10 times. Please help.

When was it purchased? It takes up to 4 hrs to become activated after buying.

I had 3 gift cards all bought together at the same dollar general on December 7th as an early xmas present. 2 $25 ones from my aunt and a $50 one from my grandpa. Yesterday i bought a $79 motherboard for my PC and only 2/3 cards worked (lucky for me it was the $50 and one $25 that did so i forked over $4 and some change to buy my board). 

Whats interesting is when entering the "busted" card in the gift card/ebay bucks coupon box in checkout it will say "We ran into a problem. Please try again later" and when i check the balance it says $0. However when i try my used $25 that has nothing on it the checkout box will straight up say "this card has no balance on it" as it should...
