i redeemed a fresh new card and its says 'oops we can't find a gift card with that number please check your code and try again' please can anything be done ?

Where did you purchase the card? Did they activate it? Is it an actual card or a virtual card?

I think ebay should have the gift card link at the top of the page.

I woud like to know why we are always discussing gift cards.

just say no to gift cards with ebay......they seem to be quite the topic of dissapointment and its very simple to avoid
