Getting paid from eBay

I am wondering if anyone has ideas for how to get the remaining money owed to me from eBay.
I tried to close-out all my current auctions prior to the end of the relationship with PayPal, but eBay is holding $385 hostage trying to force me into a relationship with Stripe/Wells Fargo. Because these auctions closed before the deadline, I believed they would be paid through PayPal. Customer Support just gets into a circular conversation telling me that I have to enter banking information. Is there no provision for the un-banked? That was one of the great things about working through PayPal.
I'd love to hear ideas for liberating the $385 owed to me. Thanks.
