Item not in stock and full purchase price not refunded

Hi, Purchased an item last night and notified this morning the item not in stock. Why would refund amount be $.72 less than $19.81 purchase price. Contacted seller and she does not know. Thanks

Does Managed Payments Process During Weekends?

Does anyone know if Managed Payments processes your payments during the weekends? I got paid for items on the 22nd of April and they are still showing as processing now. I usually have the funds available in around a day.

My payment is on hold after selling an item even though the buyer has sent feedback and the item has been delivered and I can’t contact ebay or paypal to release the payment, is there anything I can do to get the payment released?
