Getting Funds Released

I am waiting for funds to be released on two items I recently sold.  I know the buyers received each item.  One was a local pickup and paid by cash.  The other buyer paid, the item was shipped, I left feedback and I was told funds would be released on September 7.  I have not received any funds for either item.  Help!

You had some sales in July...that's a plus.....

YOU know the buyers received each of the last 2 sales...does ebay know?

Did you upload tracking for the shipped item?

Did you have the code entered for the local pickup item, or was it paid with cash?

How could the funds be held for the item that was picked up, if the buyer paid in cash? You would have received the cash directly from the buyer, didn't you?

Yes, that is exactly correct but the buyer paid through EBay; I refunded her the postage when I saw her but the balance $20 or so has not reached me yet.  I will give it one more day and then I am going to rattle some cages.

Yes, yes to two questions.  I uploaded the tracking number on the second package.  I did not buy EBay’s label.  I made my own to keep the cost down.

The  other item was paid in cash after I saw she only lived a few miles away and could come to pick up the item.  This was after EBay notified me the sale had been made.

So the pickup paid through ebay....you need to let ebay know it was successfully picked up (local)

I, truthfully, do not know how to do that since you did not offer local pickup on the item.

(normally, there is a QR Code involved or a verification code given to the buyer to acknowledge the pickup...

as far as ebay knows, it has not be verifiably shipped

'released'...a word that can be confusing.

Funds on hold are released in 'available funds'...not given to you yet.

I hate the fact when funds on hold are released but not deposited immediately.

'available funds' are given to you on date you signed up for.

Give it your due date when you signed up and you should get those funds.
