I would say that there's zero chance of that happening, as ACH transactions don't run during the weekend, nor is your local bank doing any transactions. I would say Tuesday morning will be your earliest availability, assuming that your local bank isn't dragging its feet.

P.S. A week from Monday is Martin Luther King day, so you'll have an extra day's delay that week.

I have daily payouts which includes Saturday and Sunday. Mondays I will see the funds from my weekend payouts by 11:00 am, unless it’s a Holiday. If that is the case then the funds will be there Tuesday. 
It will also depend on your bank.

your funds will not be sent to your bank until monday

all my payouts are around 4am eastern time

normally around 1pm on monday I will see a pending notice and its in there by 4am on tuesday

many sellers get there money the same day as mentioned by ebooks

saturday sunday and mondays payment all show up on tuesday for me

every tuesday I get three payments
