Funds pending - awaiting delivery

Help!!! I've been on ebay years but always mainly a buyer. Recently sold some stuff after many, many years NOT doing so. Items all safely delivered and + feedback left. However, my payments are now marked "Funds pending - awaiting delivery". I seem to be aware that because I didn't supply tracking numbers, then ebay cannot 'see' that the items have safely arrived with the buyer. Does this mean my payments are now locked with ebay and unretrievable?????

your probably looking at 30 days minimum hold on the money, just like as if you were a new seller. 

no sales for a period of time, it's just like starting over. no tracking doesn't help the matter either if someone opens a claim for not received then you are out the entire amount. "unless" you can provide tracking showing that it was delivered.

Well I hope so. The buyers definitely got their items as they all left + feedback. So, you reckon after 30 days then it should be available?

If you still haven't been paid after 30 days, then come back and ask, "where is my money".  In the mean time, you already agreed to the 30 hold when you clicked on "list"

Are you shipping without tracking? Or are you shipping with tracking but not buying shipping labels through ebay? 

 

If it's the latter, you should have copied and pasted the tracking numbers into the orders. 

 

ebay's automated system doesn't check feedback to verify shipment and receipt of sales. Plus, feedback is voluntary and buyers don't have to leave it. You're very lucky that your buyers left feedback if you shipped without tracking.

no tracking showing delivery could be a sticky wicket with UK policy
