Funds on hold

I just sold my first item on eBay a couple days ago.(item number  :373457051474) The buyer (George Svigos/georges8846) used PayPal to pay me. This is also my first time being paid on PayPal as apposed to  using it to purchasing things with it.  When I went to PayPal it showed me my funds were there. They sent me email with instructions on how to receive it. Today I go to PayPal account and no money is there. I looked deep and see a notification from PayPal saying

" We've placed funds from your Ebay sale on temporary hold based on information provided by Ebay and other data. The funds will be available within 21 days. Add shipping info on eBay to help get your funds faster. Contact Ebay for more information." 

My PayPal confirmation number is 1522-7810-3072-4823-1987

Ebay order number is 18-06602-16049

So now here I am unable to communicate to a real person through Ebay or PayPal so I truly hope this message reaches someone who can help me or at least explain why my funds are in old and that I will in fact get them. I'd very much appreciate it as the funds are needed much sooner than later thank you

New seller hold. Search Help & Contact at the top of most regular eBay pages for Holds. It will explain everything you need to know and should give you a link to check the status of your hold. Shipping the item quickly and receiving positive feedback will sometimes release the hold before the 21 day period.

The funds will be released once the tracking number shows delivery. 

Feedback will not have any effect.

Do you have the tracking # for the package? Did you post it to the transaction here on eBay? If so, your funds will be released a few days after the package is delivered.

As a new seller, your funds can be held for 21 days, but they usually release them a day or two after tracking shows the item was delivered.

I think I see the big red flag. You're a new seller and you sold an Apple iPod nano sealed in the box. I think PayPal flagged it because of a high rate of fraud in electronics. That is why your funds are on hold.

It's definitely a bit of everything mentioned above.

You're a new seller so you get that extra hold time.  You're selling electronics so you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent.  I had to provide receipts from when/where I bought the items for my first two sales before PayPal would release my money.  Not trying to freak you out, but.. you might want to have them handy.

Like you saw on PayPal, add your tracking number to that sale in eBay.  Your first sales still get held a bit longer, but at least they shouldn't take 21 days if you add that.
