Funds Available But No Payout Scheduled?

About two days ago (11/17/22) I noticed that I had some available funds however there was a red exclamation mark that said “no upcoming payouts” or “no payout scheduled” & it would not let me withdraw my available funds. 

I’ve been full-time on eBay for about 2 years now so I’m still fairly new but this was a first for me! First thing I did was read these community forums since it was late & eBay CS was not available. The forums just made it worse for me because it seemed like everybody was SOL. 

First thing in the morning I scheduled a call with eBay. My customer service rep. Abner (who was super helpful) told me that when you make a bank change or credit/debit card change on your account eBay will take a precautionary measure to hold your funds from up to 24-48hrs. In my case I never made a bank/card change however eBay did ask for an updated picture of my ID a couple days ago! I asked him if that could be a reason as to why my funds were on hold & he said yes.

Today (11/19/22) I checked my account and there was NO red exclamation & my funds were available for withdraw. I hope this sheds some light & helps some of you who are having this issue. 

I also noticed that my ebay app has been seeming a tad “glitchy” but I do see that they’re making some updates & changes to the way things work, (ie: Spendable Funds, On demand Payouts, Etc).

I got off the phone with EBAY and they said that it was a 'general glitch' and they are working to fix it.

It's not fixed for me. I liked it years ago when they used PayPal. You get your money as soon as a buyer pays you. None of this stupid hold. Poor business practice.

Did you just wait and it fixed itself or did you do something else?

Hi i had this problem too. I turned it out that reason why I didn't get a payout was because my bank account wasn't verified. Likely, as in your cases too, the ebay phone app doesn't notify of this nor provide you with the capacity to verify bank details. I had to use the ebay website on my laptop, then delete the bank details I inputted using my phone, then inputted them again using the connect with bank directly option. This worked, and after 48 hours of them verifying my bank, I got the payout.
