How much do  you have to sell in a year to get a 1099K ?

It depends on which state you live in.

For me it's $20,000. And that's why I love my state.

Ask Congress....they haven't done anything in 2 years yet....just gossip...gossip...gossip...

I think the national budget is probably more important than this...which the budget might expire on March 1st and 8th.

Since some states have their own limit, check with your state.

Not receiving a 1099K doesn't mean you don't have to report the income.
