First payment received before micro deposits

My first sale went awry,yet buyer in dispute decided that I should get paid and it was settled  with buyer. the two micro deposits that I cannot prove  to eBay because I received a single payment beforehand after the dispute mentioned above is of concern.Since then I cannot get paid for lack of proof of the two micro deposits to bank account.
