You would need to contact eBay to find out. The community forums are other buyers and sellers not eBay employees so we would not have access to that information.

Sending me a personal message is not going to help, because I can't help any more than what I posted above. eBay employees are not reading these post.

There is no phone number to call or email.

Send them a message with your information, including what you are seeing on your bill re who it is going to. don't post on the page.

Call your credit card, maybe the have the phone number of who is taking the payment.
