Feedback shows 100% positive when comments are not.

How can a seller have 100% positive feedback (142/12 mo), but when I read the actual feedback, on the first page of 25 comments there are 21 that say the buyer didn't pay - which is what happened to me.

All of the comments start with a  green + icon as if they are all positive. Is it possible for the buyer to change that? Surely all of these reviewers didn't make the same mistake of clicking "positive? instead of "negative".

Feedback shows 100% positive when comments are not.

Those feedback comments say "non paying bidder" -- indicating that the feedback was received as a buyer. Buyers cannot be given actual negative feedback, and have not been able to be given negative feedback for many years now.

If that user contacts eBay, the negative comments with the positive ratings may be removed by eBay, although with so many comments, the buyer may not want to contact eBay to bring that to eBay's attention.

Instead of leaving negative comments with a positive rating, those sellers should have started Unpaid Item Disputes to give that buyer unpaid item strikes and preventing either party from leaving feedback, and ensuring that seller fees are refunded. If as few as two of those sellers had filed such cases, that user would not be able to bid or buy from any seller that had properly set buying requirements to prevent users with two or more recent unpaid item disputes from bidding or buying.
