Bought plenty of products off eBay. Haven’t had an issue except one thing. I didn’t receive my package. Fed Ex claimed it was delivered. I asked my sister-n-law to check the hub (lives in apartment) and nothing is there. The hub is locked and the only ppl have access is the leasing agent and the driver. The tenants have to go to the leasing office to receive bigger packages. Anyway she told me she didn’t receive anything and to contact Fed Ex. Called them and been giving the run around. Contacted the seller and he just said “Fed Ex said it was delivered, no refund” so I’m at my witts end. It was never delivered. Fed Ex been giving me a run around about a written statement being emailed to me bout my package not being able to be retrievable. I don’t know what else to do. Am I SOL?
