There's a lot of review aggregators and the like around the Internet and this is one (main site is http://pissedconsumer.com). However, it's almost an iron-clad lock no one at ebay of any consequence is reading that site or another site like it to look at how they are doing from a customer service standpoint, as it's pretty obvious they really don't care.
I already did write here, but that not bring any connection to ebay support....neither they answer. May be they have full week 4th of July after-party...
I cannot get a hold of Ebay customer service. They give me a phone number on the help page but they are missing a number. What???? And when I click chat on line. They keep saying it's not available, to try another avenue or call back later. It's 2:45 on a Tuesday. It's very frustrating.
