FOR PAYOUTS!! A FIX maybe?

Hi, i have seen a lot of people mention problems with payouts and i thought maybe this could help, it appears ebay updated the app and you now have to turn on perferred payment method for payouts and selling costs, but it wont work in the app as i have tried and kept getting a red error message, you have to do this using a web browser only. So go to your web browser and go to ebay and sign in. Once signed in find "Payments" and select that, it will then show you your payment methods stored under your account, under each one it will say "manage". Select which one you would like to use for perferred payouts and costs, and hit where it says manage, once on the next page after selecting "manage" you will see you have the option to select to turn on this (card or bank account) as your perferred method for payouts and selling costs, click to turn it on to update it under your account. Not sure if this will help but i noticed under my account this was a new feature and nothing was turned on for this under my account either so im assuming this will maybe help.

Ebay sent me a email today saying it was a"Technical Issue"which means to me they blew  it and I should have the money  in my bank tomorrow.I appreciate your reply,Be safe.

I have tried everything that has been suggested by the community and each customer agent.  My funds are still not being sent. It will show a scheduled payout date, but never sends funds.  I have been told by 3 different support agents from Ebay, they would follow up with me and have not heard  from a single agent.  I have done everything asked of me as a seller.  Ebay would not allow me to NOT pay fees or send my buyers items!  But Ebay has no problem not sending my money. Maybe PayPal was not so bad after all.

Your issue may not be the same as some of the other sellers are having.

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.
