I sold a small item back in the middle of February. Roughly a hundred dollar item with free shipping. Everything went smooth with payment received and me shipping the item. No complaints there. So i noticed i never received my payout on managed payments. So i call customer service. They say the will look into it and get back to me. Never did. Call again. They say money should be in my account within a week. It isn't. Call again. They say the see the problem and will fix it. Again no. Called again. Guy says he sees the problem. The item shows as sold but no actual money transactions are showing on eBay. Says he will get a hold of the right department and get it fixed in 72 hours. Nope. Called today. Guy again says he will contact another department that he can not talk directly too. I really feel like i am getting one big run around at this point. Anyone know how to escalate a problem like this? I am really tired of talking to people that can not help. Not a lot of money but i still want it.
