I’m trying to buy a Specific surly doll from an Italian seller, but every time I try to checkout it says please use a different card or check your balance , I check my balance and everything seems to be normal . So I think eBay might have a glitch or something that’s messing up our accounts. Can someone help me please?

I have same issue. I’m a USA buyer and accepted a Canadian seller accepted my offer. I am unable to pay.  I’ve even tried a prepay card via Apple Pay. Apple Pay with debit card. And direct eBay CC payment. All fail with same message. Did you do a best offer on this purchase?

Yes I did $50.00

I mean it was 30.00 euros and my MasterCard debit card wouldn’t let through. I need some help because this is the only card I have
