I have sold a couple of items on ebay and provided all necessary tracking and details for the orders as well. Its been over a month even though my account is on clear it would not let me sell.
Over that support gives me the same scripted answers and when asked how long to reinstate my account, they leave the chat.
i have been spending 1-2 hours for 29 days now, talking to support and getting the same answer ‘we have escalated your case and someone should get back in 24-48-hours’ this is ridiculous. @saa_6875

All new sellers will have a hold. However, you have sold a lot of expensive items. You may need to provide eBay with receipts for that merchandise to prove it's not stolen.

So, sounds like your account is ALSO 'banned' from selling ALONG with a 'hold' on your $$.
You sold BRAND NEW items, multiples- quick and out of nowhere so they probably sent you a message wanting 'receipts' for those items (after all, who has 4 brand new faucets to sell, just 'around')?
Did you see your messages?
Did they ask for those receipts?
Know that the 'receipts' have to 'match your name perfectly' and CANNOT just be 'store' receipts.
