Ebay refuses to disburse funds

30000 ft overview:

Sold two items, June 22; delivered to seller; ebay now says they refuse to deposit funds to paypal and demands I provide bank account info; I give ebay info; I have talked to 8 CSRs now, that all say its a technical glitch and there is no reason for funds to held; spoken with "Team leader" who likewise agrees there is nothing wrong with trans; but yet continues to tell me, its going to be 48 hours to resolve... This since June 22; today is July 8; and funds are still on hold.  Out merchandise, funds, fees and time.  I have "Incident numbers" and names and dates.. Please SOMEONE in EBAY help me... Your holding my money with NO reasoning or ability to cure any issue.. All your reps have told me the same thing, since the 22 on June... I need my money... PLEASE HELP~!!!!

Re: Ebay refuses to disburse funds

You are in Managed Payment. No payment will go to your PayPal account.

There is no one here holding your money. Most people here are buyers and sellers.

Customer Service is not very helpful for 90% of issues.

The best I can say is go on the eBay FB page and message (without any personal information) to try to get someone from eBay to help.

Sold two items, June 22; delivered to seller

Those items that sold on June 22 indicate they were sold under Managed Payments, not under PayPal. (I say that because GPay is offered as an option).

ebay now says they refuse to deposit funds to paypal

Which is exactly what eBay tells you when you are switched to Managed Payments:

"When eBay manages your payments, you must link a checking account (not a PayPal routing number) to receive your payouts."

I doubt it is a technical glitch. eBay will hold your funds if you are a new seller or if they deem there is a risk. And I do not think customer support representatives have to power to release a hold :

"If you're a new seller who hasn't established a selling record yet, we may put payments from your buyers on hold. We may also place a payment on hold if we find any risk in the transaction."

NOPE:  I had NOT been notified of ANY change, including this change until AFTER the transaction had been conculded; e-bay CSR then attempted to say I had been notified on May 14.  I pulled up the notice I received on May 14th; and it says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that would indicate this type of change from Paypal, as an acceptable payout method.

I DISAGREE:  At the point this switch occured, you had to OPT-IN to this change; which I DIDNT DO, until after the fact and against my will.

IM NOT a NEW SELLER.. My account is over 20 years old... NO NEGATIVE ITEMS or ISSUES in over 20 years...Nothing on my account has changed... Try again.

I have all the voice recording with all reps acknowledging their is NO issue or a reason for my account funds to be "On Hold"; they all say the exact same thing.. Its an "IT" issue; and we will be glad to submit a ticket to resolve.. We will call you back within 24 hours... Its all a big **bleep** game.. same answer, since June 22.. Nothing has changed since the sale concluded, except now not only are my funds held; I am out the  two $1450 worth of printers...  EBAY has NO CLUE.
