I made my account 2 days ago. I have 0 feedback. Yesterday I purchased an item and paid it off today. I got the message from bank that xxxx amount deducted but when I checked ebay, the item wasn't marked as paid.
I used a credit card to buy from UAE for my nephew in states. Billing and shipping address were same (states)
