Ebay non payment

How can you stop replies to a problem that is only getting worse and worse every day.

I've been selling on this account for a year. Account and feedback is in great standards. Recently decided to invest the last of my money and take ebay selling to the next level, can't work construction anymore.  Started when I decided to use one of my other bank accounts,  verified it 10 times, finally went through,  now ebay just keeps moving my payout date to the next day, that day never comes. I'm in a great deal of pain and really been counting on this money. Plus ebay has been double charging me for fees for the last year. Is there a class action lawsuit I can jump in on?

Provided you don't have the red banner on your account needing more info to release payments all of the sales, all of your recent sold I see for this ID with the exception of 2 have been in the last week. Are you signed up to receive weekly payments? Especially with the Christmas Holiday those funds probably haven't processed and released as available yet. 

How have you been being charged double fees exactly??
