I sold a monitor a few weeks ago and eBay keeps failing to send the money to my bank. I'll get a message saying eBay sent my payout, but then a few days later ill get a message saying the payout was returned by my bank because my bank account couldn't be verified. I have tried re-entering my bank information multiple times with different bank accounts but each time I get the same error message a few days later. I got an email that says I can try requesting the payout again, but whenever I click the attached link I get a message that says "we ran into a problem, please try again". Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
