Ebay is retaining my funds!!

Hi there,

My account was permenantly suspended arounf 02/14/2022. Ebay did not give a reason for the suspension and told me i will receive my funds withing 72-90 days. I waited but the funds were not returned. 

After dozens of conversations with Ebay reps, on 08/24/2022 i was told that the previous suspension did not completed, so they started a new suspension and i will recieve my funds in 90 days.

I called Ebay today 11/28/2022 after the 90 days passed, and was told that Ebay will keep my funds and there is nothing i can do about it.

I am not a criminal and not a fraud, i had hunderes of sales, and when 1 buyer complained about a sale i refunded the amount once he returned the item, but Ebay still suspneded me.

What can i Do? Ebay is holding almost $8,000 of my money

Does eBay have your SSN?

Did you attach a bank account eBay accepted? Did you confirm  the micro-deposits?

eBay can't  keep  your money. If they don't  have a bank account to put it in it goes through escheatment. You'll have to contact the treasury department in your state for unclaimed funds.

Yes, eBay have my SSN and bank information as I received payout in the past. Once my account was suspended they did not allow me to withdraw my funds.

Did you ever get your money. This happened to me. $6k I still haven’t gotten it.
