Ebay ignoring transactions

Hi there,

ebay is ignoring one of my transactions and refuses to refund the money back. Have any of you experienced the same?

Basically ebay is taking my money!

You haven't given enough details for anyone to help you.

You paid the seller.  Has the seller shipped the item?  What is the last estimated delivery date?  You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date t file an Item Not Received to get your money back.

Did you receive the item, but it was not as described, so you filed a Returns Request?  If so, did you print the shipping abel and sent the package back?  Does tracking show DELIVERED back to the seller?  If so, the seller has 2 days to refund you.

So, give us some details on what has happened, and we will then be able to explain what you can now do.

Here is the thing,

I reimbursed the buyer through ebay, the money was then taken from my paypal account. For some reason ebay forced a second refund from my ebay payment option. So, two refunds. I instructed the buyer to keep the damaged item.

Ebay argued that the first refund failed. My point is that it didn't, since the money was taken from the paypal account. When I called ebay the rep said that he could see the transactions and the exact amount of each. So, it didn't fail!

Again, ebay is ignoring it after more than 30 days.... Now you tell me.
