What's the big deal. Why won't ebay exchange the gift certificates back that have receipts to match and the code hasn't been scratched. If it's somewhat equivalent to cash than what's the big deal. Why hasn't ebay jumped into this eBay scam going around scamming tons of individuals into buying ebay gift certificates that can not be exchanged. There should be a number or something to help us out. I mean if it's like regular cash on eBay than there shouldn't be a problem I mean most individuals realize it's a scam before handing over the gift cards, but now they are still down the cash used to buy the gift certificates, because ebay doesn't refund them or treat it as the same value as cash. It now appears to me that ebay is the the only one coming up from this scam. Plus what the heck if the certificates can't be cashed in than the scammers that do win, wining the gift certificates, are stuck with them too. Than why can't the gift certificates be traced to the scammers. All in all, is ebay going to do something about this? Funny thing is you'd think they would, unless they don't care because they are coming up, on this scam weather the costumers go through with the scammers deal or not, because they are collecting your cash when you purchase the gift certificates, to which the buyer doesn't need. Explain to me how this can possibly go on without any kind of investigation what so ever. Anybody want tell me how I can get my cash back for ebay gift certificate, I don't need. I have bills to pay and since I got scammed I'm not getting the item I thought I was getting on eBay to which I was going to count on to help my business generate income. Now I'm down cash I would have used to help me with my business, which in turn has stopped me, or has left me short on the bills I need to pay. Unfortunately my bills can not be payed with ebay gift certificates.
