Hello,
Trying to initiate some help with my purchased transaction that has not arrived. Seller simply sent a confusing message about funds being pending and just disappeared, even after 2-3 email asking for updates. Item has not been sent, and there is no tracking information. Expected time of delivery was yesterday (7/14/23)
I want to escalate but kept getting the message:
Is there any way of contacting eBay to resolve this issue? Or should I just ask credit card company to step in with chargeback?

When did you file a not received claim? Buyers should wait a few days before filing because eBay puts the delivery date in listing and they're optimistic, not a guaranteed date. If you already filed it is too soon to escalate the case. The seller is given 3 days to respond before you can ask eBay to step in. That is why you can't escalate it yet.
And no, there is no need to file a chargeback. eBay has your back. You just need to work within the timelines. If the seller can't prove delivery you'll get a refund.
