I’m disputing an item that didn’t arrive in the past 3 weeks I had cancelled my card after I lost it a few days ago, how would I go about getting my refund on this new card??

contact your card holder about this. Funds will be returned to the original source.

You'll have to contact the card company of the canceled card to find out how to get the refund.
