Ebay Help with my funds??

So I had to hop on a new account because my other account got restricted, I didn't update my card, but it banned my account forever before the date they gave to me. Upon logging in, it gives a lot of info on how I need to pay ebay but when I click on paying them, I have no balance due to them anyways. I try texting the automatic agent, and it wont redirect me to a real person, I try calling ebay, it doesnt give me a real person, no matter what I say. This is the last option I have because its been a week and I have over 400$ in that account. I would also like to know what I did so I can not do it again. Because I have emailed over 5 times and gotten the same automated response every time.

If you've been banned forever, I'm afraid that's it.  Your days of selling here are done.  This account will be banned as well.  You should get or be getting an email from ebay stating that they will release your funds at some point.  That time period can vary with each case.

This account will also be suspended and any other account they connect to yours.

As far as the money, since you've been suspended, it'll be awhile before you receive it.

It will be sent to your states unclaimed property and you'll get it from them.

how do I claim it from my state?? also would you have an idea of how long it would be

It also wont tell me why im banned, just that i violated terms and service but I want to know specifically what and they wont tell me.

Ah alright, so any account I make with ebay will get banned? also do you have an idea of how long it will take for ebay to release the funds

You would need to contact your state and ask about that.

It could be 6 months, to a year or longer.

They won't give you the exact reason, they don't want members to know so they can find a way around getting suspended.

Yes.

If you logged into your account on someones WIFI, those members can also be suspended.

If you shared your WIFI with any members, those accounts could be suspended also.

Yes, any account you try to create on this site will be shut down.   Ebay doesn't give a timetable on funds being released, it's at their sole discretion.  As @kensgiftshop alludes to, if you logged in to your account on ANYONE else's computer or wifi, and they have been banned, that IP address shows up on ebay's radar.

The result is you're banned as well.  It's pretty archaic in this day and age of technology, but that's ebay.
