Update payment information!?

I have updated my payment information numerous times sorted out micro deposit and chose daily for my pay outs and it's just not working I have tried different accounts and in just not getting payed has anyone else had this problem??

Ebay Refund to Replaced Card

I’m disputing an item that didn’t arrive in the past 3 weeks I had cancelled my card after I lost it a few days ago, how would I go about getting my refund on this new card??

Payoneer blocked my account after eBay management registration.

After eBay management registration i got the payout successfully couple of time on my payoneer account. However, i wanted to change my payoneer account so i linked the another payoneer and it took quite long time to verify and unsucess to verify late...
