I tried to pay for item with card, which was used before many times (and card worked). Now payment didn't go and EBay offers me to select another payment options. Hell WHY??

It looks like EBay forces people to use their cr***p named PayPal. Sorry, no - I do not trust payment system, organized by bandits.

So... any news what a monkey manages rules for payments and why MasterCard prohibited??

(I specially checked - seller accepts ALL ways of payments)

Are you sure the seller ships to your country?

It could be the seller restricting who can purchase overall. For example, I block buyers who have had 2 unpaid item strikes in the last 12 months.

Perhaps the seller is using buyer management (https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements) to block buyers? I would contact the seller to see if they would let you purchase the item, perhaps they just need to fix something on their end

That's tricky point: I pay with South African card, but deliver to USA address (where seller stays too). What can be problem with card? Humanity SPECIALLY MADE global cards to be able to pay everywhere! Now even this simplistic function screwed.

Panda, thanks for idea. I never thought people can restrict own business... My card was from South Africa, while delivery address was in USA. Not sure what seller blocked, but he is ABLE to get money, despite where card was issued, isn't it?

Some sellers block payments from buyers that are registered in locations the seller does not ship to.

You may be able to contact the seller to see if the seller will make an exception for you, if that is the problem. Be sure to mention that you are using a US re-shipper.

If the seller is still using Pay Pal to receive payments, maybe they have their Pay Pal account set to block foreign payments.
