So, EBAY collect the money from your sale ,take their dues (12.7%), then 3 days later the money is transferred to your bank: Your bank may take up to 2 extra days to clear the payment. % days total to see any funds fromyour EBAY sale. Meanwhile your  sold item has been shipped the day of sale. The buyer will receive the purchased item before you get paid. It stinks.

read my question before spelling EBAY policies: My question was : Why is EBAY bloating my total sales amount: Not deducting refunded money by buyers. Holding funds for ever under pretense of investigating.

Yes, and then if they can't get your bank account you've been using for years verified you get to wait an additional 5-7 days on top of that. My auctions went out on April 26th and I still haven't received funds. Called today and they said my verification hadn't worked. I verified my account supposedly but for some reason Ebay says it hasn't been now. No notice from them though. It's all due to the new federal government regulations and processes the person from Ebay said probably so Uncle Sam can keep even closer tabs on us. Shouldn't have to verify my bank account again since they have been sending me payments for years to it. I'm refunding my last set of auctions and I'm going back to selling at shows in person. Ebay already bends us over on fees. Last month I sold 3500.00 worth of goods in seven auctions and Ebay took 600.00 in just fees. Ridiculous and then this debacle with my account.
