Re: EBAY fraud

If you've supplied your information, then I wonder if you're on a new seller hold. Is it for the American Girl Sweet Streets?

Re: EBAY fraud

No I am not on a hold , ebay wants you to bank at certain banks or they will not pay you the money you are owed,

Because eBay also needs the ability to withdraw from your bank. I'm not sure what specific bank you're referring to, but it sounds like maybe you're wanting to use a prepaid account/card and that won't work with managed payments.

Re: EBAY fraud

Are you registered as a seller with eBay?

The reason I am asking is that it looks like you've been only a BUYER up til now.

So, yes, funds for items purchased may have been withdrawn from your bank previously, but I believe there are some extra steps you need to take with eBay to become a SELLER.

Re: EBAY fraud

When they refuse your bank after a cs phone call helps set it up and says your good to go

and 5 days later tell you to open a new account at another bank is stealing my money and promoting banks of their choice. I have a checking account that has been used for years and there is no reason to open a new account.

Re: EBAY fraud

"have a checking account that has been used for years and there is no reason to open a new account."

There is good reason for such:

it protects your private funds (more personal protection with separate account)

in case things go wrong. It is easier to use for accounting to the ebay system for tax reasons and so on....

Were you asked for more information: or did they say your account (bank) can not be used???
