WHY IS IT THAT EBAY'S WAY OF COLLECTING TAXES IS SO **bleep**ED UP?...Its getting to the point that I don't want to even use the site anymore. A few times I said **bleep** it and pay as I heard about the nonsense you have to go through to get a refund on SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COLLECTED IN THE FIRST PLACE.. you would think after all the complaints and issues EBAY could get it right by now. Normally I am a patient person but this has become ludicrous. EBAY was great when I joined 22 years ago now its turned into a piece of **bleep**. the charges for sellers, counterfeit items and scammers and NOT BEING ABLE TO FIGURE OUT TAXES.

eBay collects taxes due to your state requirements: if such is being charged for nontaxable items contact your state to do some thing about it.

IT ISN'T A STATE PROBLEM ......ITS A EBAY PROBLEM!! their algorithm is the thing that's **bleep**ed up. I bought many of the same items that weren't taxed. This item that I am **bleep** about is one I have contacted EBAY on and gone over and over for a MONTH and a HALF NOW.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. I get the standard boilerplate answer from EBAY and IT SUCKS!! EBAY has turned to **bleep** in my eyes..
