EBay has my payments on hold since APRIL 24. They said I need to upload a recent banking statement. I did so right away but continued to get error messages. Finally I contacted the Filipino Customer Service, and with the agent on the phone uploaded all they asked for. I was assured that payments would made within 48 hours. They were not. I called again and got the same standard **bleep**, and again was promised payments would resume within 48 hours. Again nothing. Third call now with NO result. Is anyone else having the same problems??? I almost ready to try to seek legal aid . Any advice?
